Coco Gauff, the 15-year-old from the U.S., was the big story at Wimbledon in the first week. She qualified by winning three matches without dropping a set and then announced herself to the world by upsetting her idol, Venus Williams, in the first round. Gauff has shown a maturity and a tennis game beyond her years, displaying the ability to make in-game adjustments that many veteran players fail to make.

Today she will run up against her most formidable opponent in former French Open champion Simona Halep. Gauff will have to play her best tennis to compete with Halep, who will not make mistakes and force the youngster to beat her. The pressure actually shifts to Halep in this match because Gauff has had an incredible tournament and every win at this point is a bonus. Halep will feel the pressure of having her chance to advance and win another major and will not want to lose to a teenager. Gauff will have the crowd support and, if she can keep it close early, this should be a very close match.

The Play: Coco Gauff +5½ games (-124) at FanDuel.
