If bookmakers are right, C.J. Stroud is going No. 2 in tonight’s NFL Draft.

The Ohio State Buckeyes quarterback’s odds of being drafted second overall went from +250 at FanDuel to -6000 (98.3 percent implied probability) in less than an hour – with some books taking it off the board entirely mere minutes before the draft began.

Alabama linebacker Will Anderson had been a -300 favorite to be picked at No. 2 earlier on Thursday.

Anderson is now +600 to be drafted at No. 2, while Kentucky quarterback Will Levis is at +2200.

The Houston Texans currently hold the second pick, barring a last minute trade.

The massive odds shift means that one or many bettors have thrown down large sums of money on Stroud to go No. 2 – implying that credible information is out there.
