I want a rematch!

The starters for Game 4 of the ALCS went at it in Game 1.

And it was a compelling edition of Texas hold ’em.

The Rangers’ Jordan Montgomery scattered five harmless hits over 6 ¹/₃ scoreless innings and the bullpen was spotless the rest of the way.

The Astros’ Justin Verlander gave up six hits over 6 ²/₃, but one of the six was a two-run Leody Taveras round-tripper.

The veteran Verlander is now 1-1, ERA 1.42 this postseason.

Montgomery is 2-0, ERA 2.08.

We’ve doubled down on the Space City Nine, so we need them to respond and take this series back to Houston.

Play $100 on Verlander and the Astros.

Good game. Bad result.

Brandon Pfaadt (5 ²/₃, 9 K’s) and Ranger Suarez (5 ¹/₃, 7 K’s) dueled and left the game scoreless.

Both teams picked up a run in the seventh inning.

Craig Kimbrel got himself in trouble, giving up a hit and two walks and nearly escaped until Ketel Martes’ hit won it.

Betting on Baseball?

Snakes 2, Phillies 1.

Our nice little run is as done as the Liberty.

Down -1,620 halladays.
