Dave Tuley, senior reporter at VSiN, joins The Post’s Bettor’s Guide for the 2018 NFL season. His handicapping pieces appear in VSiN’s online magazine, Point Spread Weekly.

Titans (+2) over COLTS: A lot of people are getting on the Colts’ bandwagon, as they’ve certainly improved and are on a three-game winning streak, but do I need to remind people that the streak has been against the Bills, Raiders and Jaguars? And before that, the Colts lost to the Jets. Besides, it seems to me the Titans (5-4 SU, 6-3 ATS) are being disrespected by this line. Didn’t this Tennessee team just dominate New England? I’ll take that confidence-building victory and the Titans’ body of work over anything the Colts have done.

Eagles (+8) over SAINTS: Granted, the Saints have won eight straight games, covered seven in a row and many have them as the highest power-rated team in the league. However, even with the defending champions’ subpar record (4-5 SU, 3-6 ATS), the Eagles rank No. 13 in yards per game and No. 16 in yards allowed, and have the talent to play with anyone. This line is inflated (I have it at Saints -6) because the books keep losing on the Saints. We’ll take the bonus points, but the Eagles also are an overlay at +320 on the money line.

Last week: 1-1. Season: 9-10-1.
