VSiN’s Matt Youmans joins The Post’s College Bettor’s Guide for the 2018 season. He is the co-host of “The Edge,” weekdays 3-5 p.m. on VSiN.com, fuboTV and SiriusXM 204.

NEBRASKA (+3½) over Purdue: Buy low on the Cornhuskers. Scott Frost went undefeated last season at Central Florida and is winless (0-3) in his Lincoln homecoming. Nebraska seemed to hit rock bottom last week when trailing 39-0 at the half in a 56-10 loss at Michigan. Frost’s team is angry, hungry and not as bad as it appears. Plus, freshman quarterback Adrian Martinez is healthy again and ready to roll. A week ago, the Boilermakers were the angry, hungry and winless team, and they put a beating on Boston College.

PENN STATE (+3½) over Ohio State: Urban Meyer’s return to the sideline has been a soap opera full of distractions. Now, defensive end Nick Bosa, a top NFL prospect, might not return this season after a core muscle surgery. Buckeyes quarterback Dwayne Haskins is a Heisman Trophy threat, but so is the quarterback on the other side, Trace McSorley. Nittany Lions coach James Franklin often finds ways to choke away his biggest games, but he is riding a 21-5 against the spread run.

Last week: 1-1
Season: 5-3.
