Wisconsin has two true road wins in Big Ten play, but will need to overcome its inconsistent 3-point shooting to get past Iowa.
Wisconsin ranks 17th among Division I teams in 3-point shooting percentage at home, but away from the Kohl Center ranks 337th, by far the biggest discrepancy home to road in college basketball.
The Badgers also do not have a player who averages more than 5.5 rebounds per game, and now must try to stop Luka Garza, who is registering 23.2 points, 10.3 rebounds per game. With Garza also making 38.5 percent of his 3s, it frees up others on the roster for open looks and makes it easier for the offense to flow.
With Iowa entering Monday 7-2-1 against the spread at home this season, the Badgers face an uphill battle in a hostile environment against an Iowa team they do not match up well with.
The play: Iowa, -5 ¹/₂.
