The Angie Harmon police procedural series “Rizzoli & Isles” on TNT is proving to be a big hit.

It drew 7.3 million viewers in its second week on the air — making it one of The most-watched cable dramas since “The Closer,” cable’s all-time ratings champ which debuted five years ago.
