Sure, it’s a great big ad, but it also sounds like a lot of fun.

Just yesterday, the 7-month-old boutique airline, Song, opened a temporary “concept store” in the heart of SoHo.

The massive, 2,700-square-foot Song in the City store will be open only during the Christmas season, selling brightly colored, ’60s inspired Flight 001 flight bags ($30) and Kate Spade totes ($295-$395), as well as a selection of travel alarm clocks, passport covers and inflatable neck pillows.

The shop is also a sort of advertising playground, where you can recline in Song aircraft seats, watch Disney’s “Finding Nemo” and play flight-simulation video games on a Microsoft X-box.

There’s even a restaurant that serves items from Song’s in-flight menu.

Imagine! Choosing to eat airline food.

Free admission through Dec. 21. The store, at 98 Prince St. (between Greene and Mercer streets), will be open for only six weeks, Nov. 7 through Dec. 21.
