Buddy Valastro, the maestro baker of TLC’s “Cake Boss” and “Next Great Baker,” is continuing his kitchen domination with the launch of yet another cooking show, Deadline reported Wednesday.

The cable network has ordered 40-episodes of Valastro in “Kitchen Boss” — a daytime cooking show “that will showcase Buddy’s traditional Italian recipes,” the cable network said in a statement.

A sneak-peak of the show will air January 24 and the series will begin airing in the 5:30pm time-slot the following day.

Season four of “Cake Boss” — a reality TV show set at Valastro’s bake shop in Hoboken, N.J. — premieres January 31.

“Next Great Baker,” a reality competition overseen by Valastro where top chefs compete to test their baking and cake-decorating skills, is currently in its first season.
