Count one more Hollywood hunk afraid of kryptonite.

Josh Hartnett is the latest star to forgo putting on the cape for “Superman,” a Warner Bros. movie scheduled to begin filming later this year.

He’s following in the footsteps of Jude Law and Nicolas Cage, the first name attached.

That leaves a new set of contenders for director Brett Ratner (“Red Dragon”): Brendan Fraser, Paul Walker and soap star Matthew Bomer, whose only credits include “Guiding Light” and “All My Children.”
