The female intruder who was ar rested at the Beverly Hills home of Ellen DeGeneres and her wife Portia was sentenced yesterday to three years probation, according to reports.

Karen Sjoden, 49, pleaded no contest to charges of misdemeanor trespassing in an LA court.

In addition to the probation, she was ordered to stay 100 yards away from DeGeneres and her wife and the studio where DeGeneres tapes her syndicated talk show.

“You can’t e-mail them, have a friend contact them and you can’t have third-party contact with them,” Judge Marsha Revel told Sjoden.

Sjoden was arrested last month on DeGeneres’ patio. A representative for the talk-show host said Sjoden never entered the actual residence or made contact with DeGeneres or her wife.

She also allegedly had the names and addresses of other celebrities and a “rambling letter” referencing US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton on her person when she was arrested.
