‘ER” may come back after the show’s much-talked-about finale next month – as a spinoff series starring John Stamos.

According to reports, NBC is quietly working on a new series that will keep Stamos’ Dr. Tony Gates’ character going.

“ER” is scheduled to end its 15-year run April 2.
