It’s a bleeping shame. Really.

“A” lister Tom Hanks dropped a big “F”-bomb on “Good Morning America” yesterday, mortifying himself and interviewer Elizabeth Vargas in the process.

Vargas and Hanks had been discussing his upcoming movie, “Cloud Atlas,” when Vargas asked him to speak in the crazy Cockney accent he uses in the film.

Hanks said it was mostly swear words, to wit Vargas urged, “Nobody will recognize a swear word in that accent.” They will, and they did unfortunately.

Before he could stop himself Hanks blurted out, “I want people to buy me f—ing book.”

Vargas recovered quicker than Hanks who then apologized to the children viewers.
