JESSICA B., a leggy law student from California, scored a touchdown on last night’s season finale of “The Bachelor,” winning the heart of Giants quarterback Jesse Palmer.

Palmer did not propose to the 22-year- old blond, but said he might in the future.

The dating show’s other finalist, Tara, 23, was sent home in tears.
