The tragic tale of Natalee Holloway is about to be given the Lifetime movie treatment.

“The Natalee Holloway Story” will be based on the true disappearance of the teenage girl who vanished during a senior class trip to Aruba in 2005.

The film is slated to air on the network sometime next year and will tell the story of Holloway’s mother, Beth Twitty and her relentless efforts to discover the truth behind her daughter’s disappearance.

It is based on the book, “Loving Natalee: A Mother’s Testament of Hope and Faith.”
