CANCER has touched the cast of “Desperate Housewives” for real this time – Marcia Cross’ husband is undergoing treatment for the disease.

Tom Mahoney, 50, who fathered twins with Cross almost two years ago, has been diagnosed with cancer, according to reports.

The “Desperate Housewives” star’s husband, “is currently under treatment and is responding very well,”the actress’ rep, Heidi Slan, says, declining to provide further details.

The Emmy nominee, 46, and her stockbroker beau married in 2006 and have twin daughters, Eden and Savannah, who are nearly 2.
