FORMER “America’s Top Model” contes tant Jael Strauss is suing over the publication of naked photos taken of her when she was 16.

Strauss has filed an invasion-of-privacy lawsuit against photographer Marc Baptiste, ex-agent Christopher Donahue, the Millennium Agency and Rizzoli/Universe over the publication of the photos in “Beautiful: Nudes by Marc Baptiste,” a book published in 2001.
