A last-minute lawsuit to keep the Ryan Seacrest-produced “Momma’s Boy” off the air last night has been thrown out by a Manhattan federal court judge.

Turkish TV producers claim the new dating reality show about three men trying to find a girlfriend under the supervision of their mothers, was illegally copied from their show, “Perfect Bride.”

Judge George Daniels said the producers had waited too long to file their case.
