The conservative Parents Television Council is threatening to cause trouble for CBS if it doesn’t change the name of new comedy set for next fall, “$#*! My Dad Says.”

The show, based on a popular Web site of the same name, stars William Shatner.

“The title of this show is . . . bold, shameless and in-your-face,” said a spokesman for the council.
