“One Tree Hill” star Jana Kramer is divorcing her husband after one month of marriage, E! News reported Tuesday.

Kramer, 23, married “That Thing You Do!” actor Johnathon Schaech on July 4, 2010.

“Jana and Johnathon have agreed to dissolve their marriage,” Kramer’s rep said Tuesday.

The couple became engaged in December 2009, after they met while filming the horror movie “Prom Night.”

“I can’t wait to make Jana my wife and have a family,” Schaech, 40, told People Magazine at the time of their engagement.

Schaech was previously married to actress Christina Applegate from 2001 to 2007.
