THE bearded pregnant man who made the media rounds earlier this month boosted Oprah’s already stellar ratings into orbit.

Thomas Beatie, a transexual who kept his/her reproductive organs after a partial sex change years ago, appeared on “Oprah” April 3, and boosted the ratings for “Oprah” about 45 percent for the week.

Of the five new editions of “Oprah” that aired, four of them snared a 5.5 rating, while the one with Beatie scored a 7.1, according to Nielsen numbers.

Beatie is six months pregnant with his/her wife’s baby.
