SO much for conspicuous consumption on Valentine’s Day.Two years ago, the landmark Waldorf-Astoria Hotel offered a “Fantasy Valentine” package — including his-and-hers Bentley convertibles and Harry Winston jewels — for a whopping $1 million.

But Cupid’s undergone a reality check for the millennium and the city’s hotels have scaled down accordingly.

Who needs to be a millionaire when you can knock off a couple of zeroes and indulge in the Plaza Hotel’s “Plaza for Two” package for a more realistic $10,000?

For your money, you’ll get two nights in the luxury Astor Suite, limousine and butler service, spa-style massage treatments, candlelight dinner, champagne, tickets to a Broadway show and the obligatory rose bouquet.

The Plaza is also offering a “Double Indulgence” package for $850 in its new spa suite. The package includes a herbal whirlpool and spa treatment, finished off with side-by-side his-and-hers massages.
