SEAPORT TERROR SQUAD: Fat Joe, who heads up the Terror Squad rap ensemble, celebrates the group’s new release, “True Story,” with a full concert performance at the South Street Seaport on Tuesday. The free show will feature most of the material from “True Story,” including the album’s first single, “Lean Back,” which is currently topping the R&B and hip-hop charts.
