And two make six!

Angelina Jolie reportedly gave birth to twin girls in a French hospital today, taking to half a dozen the number of children in the Jolie-Pitt clan. InTouch says sources at the La Fondation Lenval Hospital in Nice confirmed Jolie had a caesarean section at 6 p.m. local time.

However, the television show “Extra” said the report was in error and that a hospital spokeswoman said she had not given birth.

InTouch said the first baby was born at 6.45 p.m. and the other entered the world 15 minutes later, according to the report.

The 33-year-old mother and her newborn daughters are said to be in good health and will check out of the seafront hospital in 48 hours.

Jolie and Brad Pitt have one other biological daughter, Shiloh, and three adopted children, Maddox, Zahara and Pax.
