Another day, another “Jersey Shore” castmate making waves.

This time it’s Ronnie Ortiz-Magro, who’s been indicted by a grand jury in Ocean County, NJ, on third-degree assault charges — punishable by up to five years in prison.

In the incident, which occurred in September 2009, Ortiz-Magro allegedly slugged Stephen Izzo in a bar in Seaside Heights, NJ.

Izzo sued Ortiz-Magro, MTV and the show’s producers and both sides were trying to reach a plea ageement, according to tmz.com.

A deal could still be reached in the future, the site reported.
