THE 10th Annual Taste of Times Square takes over Restaurant Row tonight, offering $1 samples of signature dishes from 57 of the area’s eateries. From 5 to 8 p.m., Orso, Becco, Barbetta, Sardi’s and others will dole out tastes at tents on West 46th Street between Broadway and Ninth Avenue.
