WE know your type.

Every year, like clockwork, you forget your anniversary and then frantically dial around town praying for a last-minute cancellation to snag a table at a suitably celebratory restaurant.

And in your book, “The Night Before Christmas” is time to go on a gift-shopping spree.

Well, guess what – tomorrow is Thanksgiving. Surprised? We thought so.

The holiday did sneak up on some people because the date when it falls – the fourth Thursday of November – wasn’t the last Thursday of November this year.

For others, standard holiday drills such as jetting off to visit relatives were thrown for a loop.

Take heart. Though most city businesses are shuttered for the day, some will be open and might be able to fill your shopping list.

While we’re not absolutely guaranteeing anything, the stores on this map – some with multiple outlets – have told us they’re opening their doors tomorrow, mostly for limited hours.

Whether or not they’ll be sold out of pumpkin pie is another matter. As the saying goes, “You pays your money and you takes your chances.”

Amy’s Bread plans to unlock their three locations until 1 p.m. unless they sell out of their pies, cranberry breads, and turkey cookies beforehand.

“I think a lot of people will be staying in town this year,” says Amy’s Ninth Avenue location retail manager Kerrie McDevitt.

What’s more, the masses are especially keying in on “all the comfort foods” such as their homey baked goods.

Up the block, the Amish Market will be open at least until 5 p.m. If you’re lucky, they’ll still have some cooked turkeys with stuffing and cranberries that haven’t sold out. If it stays busy, the market will keep the light on into the evening.

But, says one of the store’s partners, “I’ve been here for eight years and it’s never busy that night.”

At their four locations, Gourmet Garage will have unfrozen, uncooked whole turkeys, ready-made pie crusts and pies, homemade gravy and cranberry sauce, as well as measuring cups and cut flowers. “Anything that you might need at the last minute, we’re here,” says the SoHo assistant manager, Junior Chow.

And while at department stores it’s lights out if you need a tablecloth or roasting rack or thermometer, Dean & Deluca in SoHo has a department full of such goodies, not to mention scrumptious, if pricey, food.

So at the risk of aiding and abetting delinquents, here’s our 11th-hour game plan for your holiday feast.

As always, it’s best to call stores ahead to avoid disappointment.

Now ready, set shop. And this Thanksgiving, you can thank us later.
