This the the first picture of battered and bruised George Clooney, who was photographed this afternoon here in Manhattan, three days after his scary motorcycle accident in New Jersey.

Clooney, 46, arrived at an Upper East Side restaurant with gal pal Sarah Larson, who was limping on one spiked heel and two crutches. The willowy 28-year-old waitress’ broken foot was wrapped in a bandage.

The hunky movie star and Larson were motoring around Palisades on Friday when they were hit by a car.

Clooney suffered a hairline fracture to a rib and road rash. He’s in town filming ”Burn After Reading.” His next movie, “Michael Clayton” will be released in October.

Despite the crash, Clooney and Larson attended the world premiere of his new drama “Michael Clayton,” tonight in Manhattan.
