Chris Berman will be “back, back back!” on ESPN for the forseeable future. The veteran sportscaster has inked a contract extension with ESPN after reportedly being courted by DirecTV and the NFL Network. Berman, known for his “back, back back!” home run call and for giving players nicknames, has been with ESPN since its launch in 1979.
