He really is a “Chameleon.”

Boy George has no shame about transforming his physique at the age of 62.

The British singer opened up in his new memoir, “Karma,” about getting a tummy tuck and taking the weight loss drug Mounjaro.

The Culture Club band member said the cosmetic procedure was “the most painful thing” he ever underwent.

The “Love Is Love” singer also revealed he had three hair transplants between 2015 and 2018, just before tightening up his belly.

Following the tummy tuck, George “went on tour straight after with Cyndi Lauper with the blood bag attached.”

George explained that he went under the knife after losing 98 pounds due to the metabolic balance diet and needed to get rid of his extra skin.

“When anyone asks about my scar I say I had twins by Cesarean. I’ve never had Botox, though, and I might be the only person in show business with my own face,” he wrote.

“I’m not frightened of getting old and I think I’ve grown into myself. It might seem weird to say I feel sexier but I actually do. I used to joke over the years, ‘Sexy at 60.’ That was my ambition,” he added.

He also said that, before he appeared on the reality series “I’m a Celebrity … Get Me Out of Here!” in 2022, he used the diabetic drug Ozempic to help him maintain his skinnier body.

But he then switched to the similar pharmaceutical Mounjaro.

Ozempic, also known as semaglutide, is an injection typically used for people who have Type 2 diabetes to help regulate their blood sugar. It also helps with weight loss.

Mounjaro is the brand name for the medication tirzepatide and serves the same purposes as Ozempic.

George confessed that he “struggled with my weight most of my life” and that “being under public and media scrutiny doesn’t help.”

He penned: “We are all guilty of saying, ‘Hasn’t so and so got big,’ even when we are carrying extra pounds ourselves.”

The pop star dished that he “loves food,” so it is hard for him to “control my appetite.”

Mounjaro has helped him keep his weight at bay, and the pop star said “everyone” has used drugs to achieve their health goals.

“Trust me: Anyone who was fat last year and is now skinny is on the wonder drug.”

A-listers have been openly using drugs such as Wegovy and Mounjaro to get a slimmer figure in the past year.

Stars such as Tracy Morgan, Amy Schumer, Sharon Osbourne and Chelsea Handler have admitted to using the injections.
