Jason Alexander is de veloping a new TV se ries — just in time for Festivus.

Alexander, who played Festivus creator George Costanza on “Seinfeld,” is in talks with CBS for an hourlong television drama.

In the unnamed show, he would play a struggling actor who joins his ex-wife’s detective agency — and then becomes an expert in disguise by using his acting skills, according to Variety.

Alexander, who starred as a sports show host in “Listen Up” for CBS — which lasted for seven months from 2004-2005 — has spent most of his time lately doing voiceover work for animated shows (“American Dad,” “Fairly Odd Parents“) and guest-starring in shows including “Criminal Minds” and “The New Adventures of Old Christine.” He was also a celebrity spokesman for Jenny Craig.

He also appeared with fellow “Seinfeld” castmates in an ongoing storyline on HBO’s “Curb Your Enthusiasm.”

Alexander would produce the new drama.
