LONG Island’s Ashanti continues to rule the the charts this week, with her self-titled album selling 248,000 copies its second week out, according to retail tracker SoundScan.

Neil Young’s “Are You Passionate?” comes in at the No. 10 spot, while Bonnie Raitt’s new “Silver Lining” took No. 13 slot its first week out.
