Larry Wilcox, who co- starred with Erik Estrada in the ’70s series “ChiPs,” was sentenced to 3 years probation on a securities fraud conviction.

A federal judge in Fort Lauderdale yesterday also ordered Wilcox to serve 500 hours of community service. The SEC said Wilcox, 63, was involved in one of several kickback operations run by over a dozen small-company stock promoters.

Wilcox played California highway officer Jonathan “Jon” Baker on “ChiPs.”
