Headliner Harry Styles capped night one off with a legendary performance with the one-and-only Lizzo.
The pair sang Gloria Gaynor’s 1978 hit song “I Will Survive,” and it’s safe to say the crowd just couldn’t get enough.
The pair’s electric set also saw them sing “What Makes You Beautiful” – a touching nod to Styles’s roots as a former One Direction star.
Other surprise appearances kept the Coachella crowd on its feet as weekend two kicked off!
Big Sean took us on a trip down memory lane back to 2010 as he brought out Mike Posner.
The nostalgia-fueled performance saw the pair belt out Posner’s hit “Cooler Than Me.”
Elsewhere, Baby Keem plunged fans into chaos by bringing out his cousin – none other than rapper Kendrick Lamar.
However, only in-person fans were lucky enough to see the rapper perform as his appearance was not included in Coachella’s YouTube livestream.
Daniel Caesar brought out fellow Coachella performer Omar Apollo during his set. While folk singer Phoebe Bridgers sent flames rising during her iconic performance with special guest Arlo Parks.

Just hours after their electric Coachella set, Lizzo has taken to social media to thank headliner Harry Styles for having her onstage with him. Sharing a selfie of the pair on Instagram, the "Truth Hurts" singer wrote, "Proud of you @harrystyles. Thank u for having me." The singer, who is headlining tomorrow's Coachella set, mingled with the crowd in the VIP pit during the former One Direction stars performance.
During her set last week, the "Bad Guy" hitmaker revealed that after watching Harry Styles’ set, she was completely starstruck.
“Harry, man if you’re watching this, you were so f--king amazing last night. I truly have no words to describe how much you inspire me," she said onstage.

Harry Styles shows support for Ukraine

The singer had his set lit up with the colors of the Ukrainian flag as an act of solidarity, prompting cheers from the crowd.
"Be kind to one another," he told fans during his set.

Harry Styles and Lizzo's friendship goes way back

After Styles covered Lizzo's hit song "Juice" in the BBC Radio 1 live lounge back in 2019, the pair instantly became close friends.
Lizzo soon returned the favor in her own BBC Radio 1 live lounge cover, singing Styles' hit song "Adore You" the following year.
The only time the pair performed together prior to tonight's set is back in January 2020 at The Fillmore Miami Beach.

Big Sean thanks Kanye, Pusha T for his early career

Big Sean took time out of his set to shout out the artists with GOOD Music, the label that helped launch him into mainstream success.
“Make some noise for Kanye [West], Pusha T ---the whole fam, Kudi, Chief Keef.”
He then launched into an inspirational speech about uncertain times in life and how they are temporary, before bringing out another special guest for a song he released soon after that era.

Big Sean is not big on the way he looked during his Coachella 2022 set.
After his weekend 2 performance, the “I Don’t F— with You” rapper responded to a video Coachella posted of him on stage, writing, “I look fat as hell here.”
Regardless of his perception, Sean put on another high energy, quick-paced performance with surprise guests: childhood friend, Mike Posner, and longtime girlfriend Jhené Aiko.

Big Sean's "baby," girlfriend, and fellow artist Jhené Aiko spiced up the Coachella stage with a surprise performance of "Beware" and "I Know."
The couple got sexual when Aiko playfully dropped to her knees, only for Sean to return the favor.
"Happy Earth Day," Aiko said, running off the stage.
Harry Styles signs off

The ballad was Styles's perfect way of saying goodbye, and it's safe to say that fans got emotional.

Harry Styles shares words of wisdom ahead of final song

"It's an absolute privilege to be playing in front of you tonight," he told fans.
"This is such a massive moment for me, this is very special. Life is all about moments and this is one I won't forget."
Styles went on, adding, "Please go out there and be nice to each other, be kind to each other. Don't forget to love yourself. Be kind to yourself.
"I love you, take care. Get home safe and have a good weekend!"
He's a charmer.

Harry Styles rocks out

The singer performed a striking rendition of his song "Kiwi" with a heavy electric guitar set behind him.
The performance was definitely a new feel to the other songs in his set - and it's safe to say that fans are loving it.

Big Sean's special guest Mike Posner takes us back to 2010

Who knew that Big Sean and "Cooler Than Me" singer Mike Posner were childhood friends? Posner joined Sean onstage for a few choruses of the nostalgic tune.
After the short performance, Sean took a moment to say that he knew Posner's late father was looking down on them and their teen selves would not believe the duo made it to the Coachella stage.
The words meant a lot to Posner, as the two embraced in a 30-second hug before he left the stage.
