Comedian Al Madrigal has joined Comedy Central’s “The Daily Show with Jon Stewart” as a contributor, Deadline.com reported Tuesday.

Madrigal will make his debut on Tuesday night’s “Daily Show” in a segment about immigration.

The 39-year-old comic makes regular appearances on CBS’s “The Late Late Show” and taped a standup special for Comedy Central in 2005.

Madrigal will also be a regular cast member on NBC’s new fall comedy “Free Agents.”
