Derek Hough is about to wear out his dancing shoes.

Not only is the 29-year-old hoofer starring in the new Radio City “New York Spring Spectacular” alongside the Rockettes five days a week, he’s also taking part in the 20th season of ABC’s “Dancing with the Stars” — which tapes in Los Angeles.

Until the Radio City show closes May 3, Hough will do up to three performances a day, Wednesdays through Sundays. After the Sunday matinee each week, he’ll jump on a flight to LA with his “Dancing” partner, Olympic gold-medal gymnast Nastia Liukin, who studies sports management at NYU.

“It’s a time crunch,” Hough admits to The Post. “I’ll get straight off the plane and go to set. We’ll do camera blocking, rehearsal and then the live show [airing at 8 p.m. EDT].

“After press, I’ll finish around [11 p.m. EDT] and then head to the airport, get the red-eye back [to New York] and have somewhat of a rest day on Tuesday.”

In between, he has to find time to practice with Liukin, 25, at least four hours per day in New York.
