HERE’s a new place for the New York scenester who’s seen it all: a nightclub and spa all in one.

Spirit: Mind, Body & Soul will take the drink, dance and dine formula and toss in trippy treatments like aura photography, techno meditation and “harp massage.”

“This is more than a nightclub,” says owner Robert Wootton, who says he spent $10 million on his venture, after his success with the first Spirit in Dublin. He plans to roll out six more in the U.S. next year.

This weekend, the spa part – called Mind – opens in the former home of Twilo and Sound Factory, on West 27th Street between 10th and 11th avenues.

Body, the dance space, and Soul, an organic food restaurant, will come later.
