Erin Burnett will join CNN in June, the net work confirmed yesterday after rumors surfaced earlier this week.

The veteran CNBC anchor (“Squawk on the Street“) will anchor a “weekday general news program” and contribute to other CNN shows and cnn.com, the network said in a statement.
