JOSIAH Leming, the “American Idol” re ject who has caught more attention for being left out of the top 24 last week than those who made the semi-finals, is headed for the “Ellen DeGeneres” show tomorrow – and may have a shot on MTV.

Leming was one of “Idol’s” best early stories – a 17-year-old kid who had left home, was living in his car and could sing.

The show followed him so closely through tryouts that it was shocking when he didn’t make the top 24.

Now Ellen has booked him and his Web site promises “big things coming on MTV soon!”

According to one report, he has sold $10,000 worth of CDs off his MySpace page since last week.
