* “Grand Theft Auto” (1977)- Howard’s directorial debut, about a rich girl (Nancy Morgan, left, with Howard) who steals Daddy’s Rolls Royce and elopes. He got to make it by promising to star in B-movie, “Eat My Dust.”
* “Skyward” (1980)- Written by Howard’s “Happy Days” co-star Anson Williams, Bette Davis plays a flight instructor at an old Texas airport who teaches a wheelchair-bound girl how to fly.
* “Littleshots” (1983) – Starred Joey Lawrence and a pre-“Punky Brewster” Soleil Moon Frye in a movie about the adventures of the Little Shots, a group of pre-teen kids à la “The Little Rascals.”
* “Take Five” (1987) – The misadventures of a PR exec/Dixieland musician played by George Segal. Only two episodes aired before CBS bailed.
