“Game of Thrones” fans got treated to a sneak preview of the season 8 premiere on Sunday night — with the Northerners getting their first introduction to Daenerys Targaryen’s dragons — in a clip that aired on “60 Minutes.”

“We can’t tell you how it all ends,” said CBS correspondent Anderson Cooper. “But this…is how the final season begins.”

The clip shows Daenerys riding into Winterfell with Jon Snow as residents of the North catch their first glimpse of her fire-breathing beasts.

The season 8 premiere is set to air at 9 p.m.
