It’s August and everybody’s gone fishin’.

Everyone but you, that is.

At least you can eat as if you’re at the shore – maybe even better – at these summer-in-the-city specials.

Set sail for Guastavino tonight, and start your sea quest with the 59th Street Clambake. The towering brasserie by the bridge is shelling out Maine lobsters and clams, with mixed root vegetables, corn on the cob and drawn butter.

The three-course, $24.95 Sunday special offers a choice of starters: tomato soup, chilled corn chowder or green salad. For dessert, choose a Red, White and Blueberry Pavlova or a Tin Roof sundae with chocolate-covered peanuts and homemade marshmallow fluff.

The special is available indoors or on the terrace after 5:30 p.m., Sundays through September. Guastavino is at 409 E. 59th St. between First and York avenues. Call (212) 980-2455.

If it’s Tuesday, it must be Cafe St. Bart’s. Tuesday nights from Aug. 13 through Sept. 3, there’ll be a clambake with live music, transforming the 5,000 square-foot patio into the closest Park Avenue can hope to come to a beach party.

The $35 prix-fixe includes cherrystone clams, lobster, grilled bratwurst, roasted fingerling potatoes and corn, followed by fruit pie a la mode. Special wines and beers will also be available.

The cafe is at 50th Street and Park Avenue. Call (212) 888-2664.

Downtown beach bunnies can hop to Komodo for a Thursday Night Lobster Special, which pairs the crustacean king with mussels in a sake steam bath. Grilled corn on the cob with chili butter and roasted potatoes cap off the piscatory pigout.

The feast costs $24.95 (tack on an extra $10 for a second lobster). Sangria pitchers include a sake version.

Komodo is at Avenue A and 12th Street. Call (212) 529-2658.
