FORMER Mayor Giuliani has not seen and will not be tuning into the movie about his life.

“We had nothing to do with it, and we had no plans to watch it,” a Giuliani spokeswoman told The Post yesterday.

Privately, some former Giuliani administration officials have not hidden their disdain for the film, saying that much of it appears to be exaggerated and some of it is out of chronological order.

“But I guess since it’s on TV it must be true,” mused one former aide.
