‘IN-LAWS’ UP
‘THE In-Laws,” a comedy starring Michael Douglas and Albert Brooks, will make its world premiere on May 10 at the second Tribeca Film Festival.
In this Andrew Fleming-directed remake of a 1979 farce that starred Peter Falk and Alan Arkin, Douglas plays the father of the groom who’s also a secret agent, while Brooks plays the nervous father of the bride.
The eight-day Tribeca festival, founded by Robert De Niro and producing partner Jane Rosenthal, opens on May 3.
