On “Gossip Girl,” Jessica Szohr plays a low-key Brooklyn girl mingling with spoiled uptown trust-funders. In reality, the West Village resident — whose character won’t be returning next season — is just as “downtown,” with shopping habits to match. “I’m frugal and get old T-shirts from garage sales and jeans from the Gap,” says the 26-year-old brunette. The Wisconsin native is also a no-nonsense consumer: “As much as I love getting new stuff, I hate trying things on at stores,” she confesses. “I’m in and out.” While she’s normally a solo shopper, Szohr is kicking off the “Dove Go Sleeveless Fashion Challenge” at dovegosleeveless.com, where women can design a top to have a chance to win a $5,000 shopping excursion with the fashionista herself. Here’s where she might take you. By KIRSTEN FLEMING Amanda Schwab/StarPix

Oak, 28 Bond St., near Lafayette Street “They have vintage and new things [like Alexander Wang glasses, left], so you can be creative and work all the pieces. It’s so reasonably priced and when I go there, I end up taking almost everything they have.” Astrid Stawiarz

Zadig & Voltaire, 409 Bleecker St., near Bank Street “I have a gold watch with a black face and gold skull that I live in. I also bought a black trench with 3/4 sleeves. It’s not too thick, so when I’m traveling it’s great. Or if it’s chilly, I can put a sweater under it.” Astrid Stawiarz

Topshop, 478 Broadway, near Broome Street “When I go there, I’m dropping a lot of money. I get a lot of their shoes. I probably shouldn’t say this, but Louboutins hurt my feet and the heels wear down. But I go to Topshop and get a great pair of shoes for a third of the price, and they’ll last for two years. Don’t get me wrong, I love Louboutins. They’re so gorgeous that sometimes you have to buy them.”

Vince, 833 Washington St., near Little West 12th Street “I always find comfy shirts there and just got the most amazing flannel button-up. I think it’s from the guy’s section. It’s comfy and to be honest, I like going to Target and getting boys size 12 white V-necks and wearing them with jeans. I go to Target when I’m home in Wisconsin or out in LA.” VICTORIA WILL

All Saints, 512 Broadway, near Spring Street “I like All Saints because it looks a bit vintage, and I love the color schemes. They make great boots. I have this pair of gray ankle boots with a studded flap that you can fold up or down. They’re tall so you can wear them with a skirt or mini jeans. I need to find another pair because I lived in these for a while.” Chad Rachman/New York Post

Alice + Olivia, 80 W. 40th St., near Sixth Avenue “Their dresses always fit just right and make me feel feminine without feeling too girlie. The latest dress I wore is strapless and has a heart-shaped neckline over the chest that’s leather (left, “Annie” Front Zip Dress). It is stretchy material and zips up the back.”

Bird, 203 Grand St., near Driggs Avenue, Brooklyn “They have tons of necklaces, scarves and hats here. I have this dainty bird necklace, which is great because it adds elegance to a simple outfit. I’m a fan of getting things that you can dress up and dress down. It’s the outline of a little bird, and I love it so much that I kind of want to get it as a tattoo. I already have 12. They’re very addicting.” Caitlin Thorne Hersey
