Oscar winner Marcia Gay Harden has filed for divorce from husband of 15 years Thaddaeus Scheel.

A representative for the 52-year-old “Meet Joe Black” star confirmed the split to People magazine Thursday.

“For the sake of the couple’s three children, Harden would like to request that the family’s privacy be respected at this time,” the rep said in a statement. “No further comments will be made on this matter, and we thank you for your understanding.”

Harden, who won an Oscar for Best Supporting Actress in 2001 for “Pollick,” married Scheel after the two met on set of film “The Spitfire Grill.”

They have seven-year old twins and a 13-year-old daughter.
