Foul-mouthed chef Gordon Ramsay’s bitter family feud has been settled out of court.

The TV chef had been in a legal war with his father-in-law, Chris Hutcheson, over $3.8 million in disputed loans and who was to blame for Ramsay’s high-end restaurant chain nearly going bankrupt three years ago.

Ramsay’s wife, Tana, sided with her husband against her father in the very public dispute and has had no contact with him or her mother since.

Both sides announced yesterday that the flurry of lawsuits had been withdrawn.

Terms of the settlement were confidential but Ramsay’s reps said that Hutcheson “is no longer a director or shareholder of Gordon Ramsay Holdings.”

The father-in-law owned a 30 percent share of the company, which he had run for 12 years before being fired by Ramsay in 2010.
