SAMUEL L. Jackson has agreed to guest-star in “The Office” creator Ricky Gervais’ new series, “Extras” – fulfilling a wish Gervais first shared with The Post.

“We desperately want Samuel L. Jackson for the pilot episode, so if you can put the word out, get Sam to call me,” Gervais told The Post last April.

Jackson, a big “Office” fan, confirmed over the weekend that he’ll appear in Gervais’ new series, which follows the lives of Hollywood extras.
