TWO of TV’s biggest big- mouths, Sharon Osbourne and Simon Cowell, are feuding.

The pair – who are set to appear together later this year on a new “American Idol”-like talent search show in Britain – have been bashing each other viciously in the Brit press this week.

“Simon is a pompous little p-k who walks like he has a stick stuck up his a-,” Osbourne told the London newspaper, The Sun.

Osbourne is still fuming at the “American Idol” judge for calling her daughter Kelly “ugly” on TV and claiming that her husband, rocker Ozzy, staged his near-fatal motor-bike crash to give his duet with Kelly publicity and a boost up the charts last year.

Cowell later apologized to Sharon on her now-canceled daily talk show, but the damage was already done.

Sharon and Simon are working on a new show called “X Factor” that will pit them against each other as band managers trying to groom musical acts to stardom. In the finale, viewers will vote on who they think has done the better job.

“Ozzy is furious I’m doing ‘The X-Factor’ [with Cowell],” Sharon told the Sun . “He wants to rip Simon’s head off.”
