Yesterday, MTV released the first trailer for the upcoming fourth season of the “Jersey Shore” (premiering Aug. 4 at 10 p.m.) and it looks like a trip to the “motherland” has done little to tame the now-familiar guidos and guidettes.

However, even with the usual high doses of fist pumping and rounds of shots, the trailer did provide a few surprises.

The first wow-moment involves Pauly D. making out with the pint-sized Deena while JWoww and the rest of the crew freak out in the background.

“If Deena’s boobies could talk, they would say, ‘I’m a good time!’ ” Pauly tells the camera as way of explanation.

Beyond that cringe-inducing moment, the trailer also highlights Snooki’s erratic driving which, at some point, results in two police officers being sent to the hospital in neck braces.

Finally, in a dramatic turn that takes the show’s notorious fights to a frightening level, the trailer cuts from Ronnie to The Situation as the pair square off before showing Sitch knocked unconscious on the ground, his eyes still open in shock.
